Reporting to and working closely with the HR Business Partner, this position provides support to ensure the effective implementation of people policies, processes and the HR strategy in the local firms. Working in a friendly and supportive environment, you will have exposure to a variety of HR generalist responsibilities including:
  • Assisting with the complete employee lifecycle from recruiting to on-boarding through to performance management and exit interviews.
  • Providing support for Talent Management
  • Supporting high performance initiatives and programs
  • Assisting with the production of HR reports.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, possess strong problem solving abilities and a client focused approach. You will have tertiary level qualifications in HR and have previous experience in a HR related capacity.
